Lably provides a cloud-based library management platform for managing members, seats, payments, and receipts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Library subscriptions are billed monthly. Non-payment may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the service, including unauthorized access, data scraping, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
Member data entered into the system remains the property of the library owner. We process it only to provide the service.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.
Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
Lably is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
