Step-by-step guide — from setup to daily management. Super simple!
⚙️ Step 1: Set Up Your Library
- 📍 Library Name & City → appears on all bills
- 📞 Your Phone → so members can contact you
- 💰 Prices → fixed seat price, temporary price, 3-month price
- 🔒 Deposit → one-time fee for new members
- 📱 UPI ID & QR → so members can pay you online
- 💺 Total Seats → how many seats your library has
💡 Think of it like filling a form about your library. Do this once!
👥 Step 2: Two Types of Members
- 🪑 Fixed = Gets their OWN seat. Nobody else can sit there.
- ⏱️ Temporary = No fixed seat. Comes and goes.
- Fixed members can take 1-month or 3-month plan.
- Temporary members always get 1-month plan only.
💡 If all seats are full, you can only add Temporary members!
➕ Step 3: Adding a New Member
- Tap + button → Fill name, phone → Choose Fixed or Temporary
- For Fixed: pick a seat from available ones
- App shows: Plan Price + Deposit = Total to collect
- Enter how much the member actually gave you
- Gave full? Great! Gave less? No problem — app tracks the rest
- A bill (receipt) is auto-created. Share it on WhatsApp!
💡 The app does all the math. You just enter what you received!
🔒 Step 4: Deposit — One Time Only
- Deposit = security money collected ONCE when someone joins
- NOT charged again when they renew next month
- If member gives ₹600 and deposit is ₹100 → ₹100 deposit + ₹500 plan
- If member gives ₹400 and deposit is ₹100 → ₹100 deposit + ₹300 plan (₹200 remaining)
💡 Don't want deposit? Set it to ₹0 in Settings.
💺 Step 5: Seat Management
- 1 seat = 1 member. Nobody shares.
- Fixed member MUST have a seat. Temporary CANNOT.
- When someone leaves → seat becomes free automatically
- You can change someone's seat anytime from their profile
💡 Need more seats? Just increase the number in Settings!
💳 Step 6: Collecting Monthly Payment
- Open member profile → tap 'Record Payment'
- App auto-fills the amount they need to pay
- If they have old due → that gets cleared FIRST
- Then remaining money goes to new month's plan
Due ₹200 from last month. Plan ₹500. Member gives ₹700
→ ₹200 clears old due ✓ + ₹500 starts new plan ✓
Due ₹200. Member gives only ₹400
→ ₹200 clears due ✓ + ₹200 to plan (₹300 still remaining)
💡 After recording, a professional bill is auto-generated!
🔁 Step 7: Plan Renewal (When Plan Expires)
- Renewal ONLY happens when plan is expired AND full amount is paid
- If plan is active, payments just reduce due — no renewal
- New plan starts from: old expiry + 1 day
- Member going away? Set a custom start date!
- Partial payment makes them active but dates don't extend
💡 Renewal only happens when the FULL plan amount is paid!
📱 Step 8: WhatsApp Reminders
- Open member profile → tap 'WhatsApp Message'
- Message auto-changes based on status:
- 😱 Expired → Urgent reminder with amount + UPI + QR + Pay link
- ⏰ Expiring soon → Warning with renewal amount + payment options
- 💳 Pending due → Payment reminder with due amount + Pay link
- 😊 Active & paid → General greeting
- Every payment message has: UPI ID + QR Code + "Click to Pay" link
- Member taps "Click to Pay" → UPI app opens with amount ready!
💡 You don't type anything. Just tap the button and send!
📄 Step 9: Bills / Receipts
- Every payment → PDF bill created automatically
- Shows: library name, city, phone, plan details, amount paid
- Registration receipt includes deposit. Renewal receipt does not.
- Works in Marathi/Hindi — just type in your language
- Share on WhatsApp right from the app
📊 Step 10: Your Revenue
- Dashboard shows total cash collected
- This month, last month, yearly — everything
- Revenue = all payments received (including deposits)
- Check daily to see pending payments!
🔄 Plan Switching (Advanced)
- Upgrade 1-month → 3-month: Always allowed ✅
- Downgrade 3-month → 1-month: Only after plan expires ✅
- Fixed → Temporary: Only for 1-month members ✅
- Temporary → Fixed: Always allowed ✅
- 3-month → Temporary: Never allowed ❌
💡 When plan is expired, you can switch to any plan!
🧾 Member Profile Fields
- Paid — Total plan payments ever made (deposit excluded)
- Remaining — Due for current plan cycle
- Seat — Assigned seat number
- Deposit — One-time deposit at registration
- Join Date — When first registered (never changes)
- Plan Start — Current cycle start (changes on renewal)
- Plan End — When plan expires (changes on renewal)
- Days Left — Days until expiry

- ✅ Fixed 1-month → 3-month: Always
- ✅ Fixed 1-month → Temporary: Allowed
- ✅ Temporary → Fixed: Allowed
- ✅ 3-month → 1-month: When expired
- ✅ One-tap WhatsApp with Pay link
- ✅ Custom plan start date on renewal
❌ Not Allowed
- ❌ 3-month → Temporary: Never
- ❌ 3-month → 1-month while active
- ❌ Add Fixed member if no seats free
- ❌ Duplicate phone/email for active members
- ❌ Renewal while plan is still active

⚙️ स्टेप 1: तुमची लायब्ररी सेट करा
- Settings उघडा आणि तुमची माहिती भरा
- 📍 लायब्ररीचे नाव व शहर → सर्व बिलांवर दिसेल
- 📞 तुमचा फोन नंबर → सदस्य तुम्हाला कॉल करू शकतील
- 💰 किंमत → दर महिन्याला किती चार्ज करता
- 🔒 डिपॉझिट → नवीन सदस्यांसाठी एक वेळचे शुल्क
- 📱 UPI ID व QR → सदस्य ऑनलाइन पैसे देऊ शकतील
- 💺 एकूण सीट्स → तुमच्या लायब्ररीत किती सीट्स आहेत
💡 हा फक्त एकदाच करायचा फॉर्म आहे!
👥 स्टेप 2: सदस्यांचे दोन प्रकार
- 🪑 फिक्स्ड = त्यांची स्वतःची सीट. कोणी बसू शकत नाही.
- ⏱️ तात्पुरते = कोणतीही ठराविक सीट नाही
- फिक्स्ड सदस्य 1 महिना किंवा 3 महिन्यांचा प्लॅन घेऊ शकतात
- तात्पुरत्या सदस्यांना फक्त 1 महिन्याचा प्लॅन मिळतो
💡 सर्व सीट्स भरल्या? फक्त तात्पुरते सदस्य जोडा!
➕ स्टेप 3: नवीन सदस्य जोडणे
- + बटण दाबा → नाव, फोन भरा → फिक्स्ड किंवा तात्पुरते निवडा
- फिक्स्ड साठी: उपलब्ध सीट्समधून एक निवडा
- अॅप दाखवतो: प्लॅन किंमत + डिपॉझिट = एकूण रक्कम
- सदस्याने किती दिले ते एंटर करा
- कमी दिले? काही हरकत नाही — बाकी ट्रॅक होते
- बिल आपोआप तयार होते. WhatsApp वर शेअर करा!
💡 सगळा हिशोब अॅप करतो. फक्त मिळालेली रक्कम एंटर करा!
🔒 स्टेप 4: डिपॉझिट — फक्त एकदाच
- डिपॉझिट = जॉइन करताना एकदाच घेतलेली सिक्युरिटी
- दर महिन्याला पुन्हा चार्ज होत नाही
- ₹600 दिले, डिपॉझिट ₹100 → ₹100 डिपॉझिट + ₹500 प्लॅन
- ₹400 दिले → ₹100 डिपॉझिट + ₹300 प्लॅन (₹200 बाकी)
💡 डिपॉझिट नको? Settings मध्ये ₹0 ठेवा.
💺 स्टेप 5: सीट — साधे नियम
- 1 सीट = 1 सदस्य. कोणी शेअर करत नाही
- फिक्स्ड सदस्याला सीट लागतेच. तात्पुरत्याला नाही
- कोणी सोडून गेलं → सीट आपोआप फ्री होते
- कोणाचीही सीट कधीही बदलता येते
💡 आणखी सीट्स हव्या? Settings मध्ये नंबर वाढवा!
💳 स्टेप 6: दर महिन्याचे पेमेंट
- सदस्याचे प्रोफाइल → 'Record Payment' दाबा
- अॅप आपोआप रक्कम भरतो
- जुनी बाकी असेल → ती आधी क्लिअर होते
- उरलेले पैसे नवीन प्लॅनला जातात
- उदा: बाकी ₹200, प्लॅन ₹500. ₹700 दिले → ₹200 बाकी ✓ + ₹500 नवीन प्लॅन ✓
💡 पेमेंट रेकॉर्ड केल्यावर बिल आपोआप तयार होते!
🔁 स्टेप 7: प्लॅन संपल्यावर
- प्लॅन संपला = महिना/3 महिने पूर्ण
- संपलेल्या सदस्याचे पेमेंट → प्लॅन RENEW
- नवीन प्लॅन: एक्सपायरी + 1 दिवस
- सदस्य बाहेर जात आहे? कस्टम स्टार्ट डेट सेट करा!
- पार्शियल पेमेंट → अॅक्टिव्ह होतात पण तारखा बदलत नाहीत
💡 RENEW फक्त पूर्ण रक्कम भरल्यावरच होतो!
📱 स्टेप 8: WhatsApp रिमाइंडर
- सदस्याचे प्रोफाइल → 'WhatsApp Message' दाबा
- अॅप स्वतः मेसेज लिहितो:
- 😱 प्लॅन संपला → 'कृपया रिन्यू करा + पेमेंट लिंक'
- ⏰ लवकर संपणार → 'प्लॅन 3 दिवसात संपतो...'
- 💳 बाकी → 'पेमेंट बाकी, कृपया भरा...'
- मेसेजमध्ये: UPI ID + QR Code + Click to Pay लिंक
- सदस्य लिंक दाबतो → UPI अॅप रक्कम तयार!
💡 तुम्हाला काही टाइप करायला नको. फक्त बटण दाबा!
📄 स्टेप 9: बिल / पावती
- प्रत्येक पेमेंट → PDF बिल आपोआप तयार
- बिलावर: नाव, शहर, फोन, प्लॅन तपशील
- नोंदणी: डिपॉझिट दिसतो. रिन्यूअल: फक्त प्लॅन
- मराठी/हिंदी मध्ये काम करते!
📊 स्टेप 10: तुमचा महसूल
- Dashboard — किती पैसे आले ते दिसते
- या महिन्याचे, मागचे, वार्षिक — सगळे
- महसूल = एकूण मिळालेले पैसे (डिपॉझिटसह)
💡 दररोज Dashboard तपासा!
🔄 प्लॅन बदलणे
- 1 महिना → 3 महिने: कधीही ✅
- 3 महिने → 1 महिना: प्लॅन संपल्यावरच ✅
- फिक्स्ड → तात्पुरते: 1 महिन्याच्या सदस्यांसाठी ✅
- तात्पुरते → फिक्स्ड: कधीही ✅
- 3 महिने → तात्पुरते: कधीही नाही ❌
✅ झटपट संदर्भ
- ✅ एका टॅपने सदस्य जोडा, पेमेंट रेकॉर्ड करा
- ✅ बिल आपोआप — WhatsApp वर शेअर
- ✅ जुनी बाकी आधी, मग नवीन प्लॅन
- ✅ प्लॅन संपला + पूर्ण पेमेंट = रिन्यूअल

- ❌ सीट नसेल तर फिक्स्ड सदस्य जोडता येत नाही
- ❌ एकाच फोन नंबरने दोनदा सदस्य जोडता येत नाही
